Hi everyone!  We’re happy (as salmon!) to announce the hiring of Bruce Voge from the Party Game Cast to handle our social outreach. He’ll be your window into exclusive behind the scenes content as it unfolds at North Star Games. Bruce is not in the photo below, but we now have 21 full-time people. Expect awesome things from us! EVOLUTION CLIMATE is being extremely well-received by the gaming community. It’s our highest rated game on BoardGameGeek.com and was just reviewed on Ars Technica. Although we’ve sold out of the CLIMATE stand-alone, copies should be available at most game stores for a while. The next print run will be available in Summer 2017. The Evolution Tournament Kit is finally available! Tell your retailer they can host an official tournament, because everyone who participates in a tournament will receive 7 copies of Hibernation with new art by John Ariosa. Plus the final table will receive 7 copies of a foil Night Prowler trait and the tourney winner will get the super cool T-Rex Meeple! Let your local game store know they should host an Evolution tournament by showing them the picture below (or just tell them the tournament kit product # is NSG.506). HAPPY SALMON  Everyone’s talking about Happy Salmon. It’s a fantastic stocking stuffer that continues to win awards as one of the best family games of 2016. It was featured in Family Circle magazine (4 million print circulation!) and Stay At Home Mom Reviews, but our favorite review is a ridiculously irreverent video by Jon Purkis about spending time with the family over the holidays: Blurble: North Star Games actively looks for board games that are diamonds in the rough (cause we like to polish em up nice and purdy). Evolution: Origin of the Species was one such game which we transformed into the bestselling Evolution product line. Well, we’re at it again! This time we acquired a party game called Blurble. It’s a diamond in the rough that is receiving the full North Star Games polishing treatment. Ooooh, shiny! Super Duper Top Secret Stuff: North Star Games started a new division which has been flying under the radar for nearly two years.
